Some serious problems, maybe anger issues or full blown PTSD. Odds are he would have done something else like tasering her a few times, though I agree he can't get charged for torturing her since water boarding is not torture which now backed up by the Obama admin. He did beat her a few times however. And you will have more Soldiers losing it the longer the war goes on so again it is Obama's fault now for as long as he wants to stay in a place that will NEVER be fixed.
