Yes, the media is trying to grab attention to this story by featuring the "water boarding" and yeah its kinda disgusting on their part. BUT, taking someone by the feet, hanging them upside down, and dunking them in water IS waterboarding. Waterboarding can be dine in various ways, as long as the body is hung upside down in any kind of an angle and water enters nasal cavity, they get the sensation of drowning.
