The problem with those machines is they dont properly maintain them, so the machines act more like a nasty shit injector than a nasty shit filter. Typically the water in vending machine like spots are so much more dirtier than standard tap water and somehow collect nasty germs to boot.

The Glacier machines are properly maintained. I've watched the process, and talked to the tech.

Plus there's a readout on the front of the machine to show last maintenance date, and it's always within the last 7 days.
