A forum with its own dedicated page.

The forum would be divided into different sections: foreign policy, economics, politics, etc as a way of organizing threads and diaries.

vBulletin has a pretty good set up:

one with a moderators who enforce standards of conduct and contenet.A forum where users who wish death upon the participants ie: CD ,myself and Hubble are disciplined or prohibited from participating on the Forum.

--A forum that prohibits trolling

--A forum that prohibits cyberstalking.

You know, a real forum.
