I'm a professional web developer (not the same as a designer) and like many of you, this site horrifies me in its presentation, functionality and structure. It's a bit of a mess and about as far from user friendly as you can get. A new skin is all well and nice but doesn't address the actual problems.

I e-mailed Tom Hanc (he did a spiel about TYT Jobs on the show one day) volunteering my specialities, asking if there's any way I could help out with the website side of things.

Disappointingly, I got a reply a week later that was a copy and paste of a generic e-mail talking about helping out by voting in polls, spreading the word, etc.

I'm sure there's a collection of professionals in the field of web design/development in this membership that would be happy to donate time and effort to a new site. Shame the guys at TYT don't really see the website as a pressing issue to address.
