My advice would be go talk to someone--politely. 

I wouldn't protest or act rude in any way.  But it couldn't hurt to get face time with people you probably wouldn't have a chance to talk to.  That is, unless they are total dicks.  And if they invited these speakers they are probably dicks.  So I take that back.  Stay quiet.

I see nothing to be gained by protest. Unless it is organized and a threat to the company, it will probably accomplish nothing but to put you on the radar of a boss who, it sounds like, would want to fire you for your views.
