We already know how the health care pseudo-reform legislation is going to turn out: it won't have a public option, it won't significantly reduce costs, and it will leave the insurance and pharmaceutical companies in control of our health care system. When the bill passes, it will be an event worth noting, but it's not unexpected, and nothing new will result that we don't already know about.
