If we just let people cross the street where ever they want, We will have a mess on the road people getting hit all over.  Jaywalking is just asking to get hit by a car , or shot by some wack job, That is why we have crosswalks , Its for safety dah.
The women needed to be hit to put her out of the way, grow up people these jerks are always looking to go agianst the law anyway.
