Thanks for the comment. I was mainly referring to the way that the story gets distorted to fit that particular commentator's agenda. MSNBC and Fox can report on the same subjects and it can easily sound like two different stories. They selectively weed out data that is deterrent to their point, and emphasize minor detail as if they were the main story.
What is most offensive is that commentators seem to assume that the viewing/listening audience is incapable of understanding what the candidate/politician was or wasn't saying directly to the them, "so, they (the commentators) will step in an
'splain
(sic)
it to us
"!
I do understand English! I do feel that I can get most or all those little hidden messages w hen those "EVIL" politicians blab!
