Paulites take to the sky! UPDATE: we got Helicopters too now

“First: I have withheld any statement of support for any GOP Presidential candidate because it seemed like bad idea, as a Director of the site, to make such an endorsement, and – God, how I’ve waited to say this – because the whole damned lot can go to Hell. What an incompetent mass of horse rear-flesh bound up in what, on paper, is one of the most talented groups the GOP has ever had. I could go on, but the full thing is in my concurrently posted piece, And the horses you all rode in on, one at a time, then rotate.”

.....so why not select Paul...
Campaign finance rules?! Campaign finance rules?!......what kinda campaign finance rules you talkin' about...
We all know about the million-dollar Ron Paul Blimp that is flying around with Trevor Lyman in it, but apparently Paul still lacks air superiority in New Hampshire.

A "squadron of planes" has been offered as available to a group called Liberty Advertising that wants to fly around with Ron Paul banners. The project is called the
"Ron Paul Air Force."

I'm sure you are wondering how many planes we're talking about here? I doubt they really have a squadron available, but if we do, that would be very cool. Wikipedia says a "squadron" constitutes the following:
"An air force, army aviation or naval aviation squadron typically consists of three or four flights, with a total of 12 to 24 aircraft, depending on aircraft type and air force. In the Imperial Japanese Army in the Second World War, three air squadrons were assigned to each air regiment. Some air forces (including the Royal Air Force and United States Air Force) also use the term for air force ground units. Multiple squadrons (typically three to ten) make up a wing.
In the Air Training Corps of the UK, a Squadron is a group of cadets who parade regularly.
In the Civil Air Patrol, a squadron is the basic administrative unit."

"Goal: To get the planes in the air by the forum on the 6th.This effort costs approximately $3,250 per day of flight.More details can be found here."

"We have two banner options. The first is free and looks like so:"
"Or this banner which costs approximately $5850 and is nearly the size of banner on the blimp:"
"Our hope is to have enough money to get the banners going by the end of January 3rd. Please help us reach our goals and help Ron Paul soar to a first place finish in New Hampshire!"

We still lack helicopters and we could use a submarine.......Hmmm I wonder what it would cost to...never mind.......just get on the phone with Dennis Kucinich ASAP.
BTW- Taxes??!!?....taxes?!?!?...Who's talkin' about taxes?...we aint payin no stinkin' taxes.
Fox New's first choice is John McCain, but we conservatives nearly took him out collectively with the amnesty bill. But their second choice is Giuliani who they want to bring back from the dead.
Can 20 million for advertising, blimps, planes, and the internet compete with 24/7 Fox News coverage trumpeting Rudy?
Shepard Smith just this morning asked that the emails and phone calls protesting Fox News to stop......
Somehow I don't think the RP supporters are listening to him. Fire!!!
There is a new Zogby poll out on Iowa, and Ron Paul is beating Murdoch's love child- Rudy Giuliani. He used his brand new paper he bought- the Wall Street Journal - to simply change the poll results so that Ron Paul was not mentioned....which is just about in line with Murdoch banning Paul from the debates because he disagrees with him. Here are the real results:
“Zogby Tracking Huckabee 28, Romney 26, McCain 12, Thompson 12, Paul 9, Giuliani 7″
Here are the results via the Murdoch owned WSJ:
Where's Paul?.....
Ron Paul is going to finish third tonight in Iowa, and he's going to kick some ass in New Hampshire too. The media simply is not paying attention to what is going on, but if only we could get him off the cover of this..
Then again...running from his record will only hurt him. Better to just be brazen about it like Cenk says. That always works.
UPDATE: Fox News goes on 24 hour a day attack.
UPDATE 2: Ron Paul get his helicopters!
"CEDAR RAPDIS - Launching what will be a nationwide campaign across America’s skies to raise awareness and support for Ron Paul’s candidacy for President, the Ron Paul Aircorps will tow a huge “Ron Paul Revolution” campaign banner by helicopter for four hours today over Cedar Rapids.
The banner, which will feature Ron Paul's picture and his "relovelution" logo will launch at 2 p.m. today from Marion airport and fly over downtown Cedar Rapids for four hours, lasting through rush-hour to get the most impact.
The Ron Paul Aircorps represents another facet to the overwhelming grassroots outpouring of support for Ron Paul, the only candidate who represents real hope for America.
A grassroots fund-raising effort in late 2007, the “Ron Paul Money Bomb,” set a new campaign record by hauling in $6.6 million dollars in one day. Other notable grassroots-organized Ron Paul support efforts include the 2007 Tea Party, hot-air balloon fly-overs and much more.
The Ron Paul Aircorps banner tow will correspond to Paul’s campaign in Iowa.
The Ron Paul Aircorps is the brainchild of Ted Anderson, owner and CEO of the Genesis Communications Radio Network (GCN) out of Saint Paul, Minnesota and nationally-syndicated radio show host, Alex Jones."
It's on?
