Live Stream Test Page
If you've arrived at this page it's likely because you're working to diagnose difficulties you're having accessing the TYT live stream. Please click play on each of the two players below in turn. If one works and the other does not, this is just as important for us to know as the case of neither working.

If you can't view the stream on both of these players (Do not click play on both at the same time), then we need to know about it. Please take the steps listed below for Windows or Mac to gather the data we need to help resolve your issue, along with the country and state/province where you're located. This data will be forwarded to the streaming provider support staff with whom we're actively working to resolve any outstanding issues. Below, please find some general instructions for obtaining the needed data data:
Windows:
- Select Start->Run (if you have no menu item 'Run...' follow these steps to enable the 'Run...' menu item then return here)
- Enter 'cmd.exe' in the Run... box
- Execute each of the following commands in the command prompt window one at a time:
- tracert live.voxcdn.com
- tracert streaming.voxcdn.com
- ping live.voxcdn.com
- ping streaming.voxcdn.com
- nslookup live.voxcdn.com
- nslookup streaming.voxcdn.com
- Copy and paste the output of all the commands above as well as the following text:
into an email and send it to producer@theyoungturks.com or for a quicker response, copy the output of all the commands plus the above text and paste it into PasteBin, take note of the pastebin short URL it generates for you and either tweet it to @randcomm or locate the user 'randcomm in TYT Chat and provide the pastebin URL to your test output.
Mac:
- Run the program: Applications >> Utilities >> Terminal
- Execute each of the following commands in the terminal window one at a time:
- traceroute live.voxcdn.com
- traceroute streaming.voxcdn.com
- ping -c 10 live.voxcdn.com
- ping -c 10 streaming.voxcdn.com
- dig live.voxcdn.com
- dig streaming.voxcdn.com
- Copy and paste the output of all the commands above as well as the following text:
