When you pass through the gates of an airport, you relinquish many of your civil rights. You lose the right of free speech. You lose protection from search and seizure.

And if you happen to be a NON-CITIZEN from a Muslim country where Islamic jihadists thrive and multiply, you might even lose more rights.
 
NON-CITIZENS do not enjoy the same constitutional rights as citizens. Sorry about that.

Just wanted to comment, to agree w/ the caller from Weds' show that the "Sheiks on a Plane" line was hilarious.

We should always keep our eyes on any Arabs or Muslims boarding airplanes. White, black, Hispanic people have not little but nothing to do with Islamofascism.

During the 80s, the British would screen Irish looking people because they knew the Irish were extremely dangerous. No one complained because back then they had common sense instead of political correctness.

whats neat about being progressive is that its not one dimensional.  i have no problem with what happened to the sheiks.

airport security as it exists today is a sham.  its nothing more than a drama or illusion designed to make us feel safe.  for all the millions of people that have to take off their shoes and walk across that disgusting dirty piece of carpet that god knows who else has walked across, how many more shoe bombers have been caught? 

it might not be politicially correct but i agree with the others that its time to turn up the profiling and turn the screws on those of muslim descent.  perhaps they will come around and start policing themselves and put and end to the war on terror.
