The American Conservative Agrees with the New York Times -- Kick the Republicans Out

Now, The American Conservative has joined the New York Times in saying that the Republicans must be removed from office. It doesn't matter if you're a conservative, liberal or moderate -- the Republicans are hurting the country and they have to be removed from power.

And all four of the military papers agree -- Don Rumsfeld must be fired.

I haven't been so excited or nervous about midterms ever. I have been praying, crossing my fingers and packing for Switzerland.  Please, people, get out there and vote tomorrow.

It was never a Liberal/Conservative fight... (none / 0)

.....it was always a freedom vs totalitarian fight. So many conservatives of the Barry Goldwater ilk have joined and become activist Democrats that when this Gang Of Perverts is finally disposed of, we will have to actually have that Liberal/Conservative discussion.

However as the down side of many of their ideas has been so effectively demonstrated, the discussion should lean pretty liberal. My own website has an alternative look at Libertarianism that I think would allow a lot of coming together of honorable people from many stripes.
