Any chance Bush disputed Cheney's assertions about the consitutional authority of the executive branch? Any chance he even knows what that means? How irrelevant is Bush in all of this?
I am beginning to feel more and more sorry for how pathetic he is. He doesn't even have the capacity to disagree with Cheney or understand that he is being manipulated.
