Did insurance pay for it? (none / 0)
So did that hack dr. charge them for those "treatments" because allot of insurance companies do not cover any treatment associated&n bsp;with TMJD.  Temporal Mandibu lar Joint Disorder.  Everybody has TMJ, that is the name of the jaw joint.  I don't understand why people loose all their logic&n bsp;when they enter a Dr. office.
