I just was told about an article regarding a genetically altered mouse. I read it and I am stunned. I urge you to go to the website and read it. Why do I find it so mindboggling?
- Maybe it is the Lance Armstrong references in it.
- Maybe it is the fact that it is not until the eighth paragraph that the one and only use of the "a" word is found. Do they not think that it is important? Or maybe they do not necessarily consider it a "downside". I doubt that Jerry Jones or Dan Snyder would would think of it as a "downside" And perhaps there are more than a few of our friends at the Pentagon who do not see this as a downside, but like their counterparts in the NFL, a cause for celebration.
- Maybe it is the fact that this is truely a watershed in genetic research that may be where future generations say Pandora's Box was opened wide, with no hope of ever closing it.
- Or maybe I am just Chicken Little.
Read it and judge for yourself
