Rosie O'Donnell

To those of you liberals that have a problem with Rosie O'Donnell, let us remember that we are in a war right now, and we all need to come together to support the greater cause.

Why is it that people attack each other's body, way of talking, and other insignificant things rather than the essence of their speech?  I sort of feel that it is "us" against "them" these days.  And we liberals are distracted by insignificant differences between each other.  Can't we all just get along?  Let us not look to Congress as a way of getting along.  Let us come together because we all friggin hate Bush!

How about that Jayar sticking up for Rosie on today's show!  We'll see tomorrow what Cenk comes up in regards to why he has a problem with Rosie possibly becoming a MSNBC host.  I have to admit, critcizing Rosie for her artsy side is pretty weak Cenk.  It's interesting you threw George Michaels in there and makes me want to ask you what you think of Ellen.  Personally I can't stand Ellen and her show especially when she dances, but I've never had a problem with Rosie with the exception of the crappy show called the View.

Speaking of talking heads on MSNBC , I have a new favorite - Tamron Hall!  To tell you the truth, it's not what she says, it's how she says it and um, yeah she's smoking! Can I get an amen...

I'm watching Tamron right now and she's metaphorically and literally busting out..... Hope to see more of her!  Extra points for perfect hair and makeup...

The only thing worse than watching a Republican strategist who is Mexican/African American is to feel the pain of Katie Holmes - poor, poor girl!

I just remembered another reason why Cenk has a problem with Rosie.  Anyone remember Cenk going off on Rosie's rendition of Amy Winehouse's "Rehab" (qui te possibly on the AT?).  Here's the YouTube video if you haven't seen it.  Personally, I thought it was pretty brave on Rosie's part.  The only problem I've had with Rosie was her "ching chong" comments and don't forget how Cenk use to always say "Chinamen."  I'm glad to see both of them have moved forward and I now see it as water under the bridge.

BTW - I'm not trying to be the P.C. guy on the block, but if you blurt out ignorant ass comments, expect to get some feedback!

Personally, I don't care if it's being "P.C" calling people out on racist language.  I'll never forget calling my grandpa out for saying Japs especially when my step-mother at the time was Japanese American.  Sure, he was a WWII veteran, but get a f'n clue gramps.  I just don't get it; the guy's Mexican and suffered discrimination all his life, yet somehow he thinks it's ok use racist language with Asians.  Luckily I didn't suffer the strong hand that day and managed to somehow escape....

I thought that just meant people from China. I didn't know liberals had decided to phase that one out because I hadn't read the updated approved language book lately.

she didn't take herself so damn seriously.

She was a moderately funny comedian, and used to make her best points by being funny, but after she came out she became sooooooo........serious about everything it just turned me off.

Of course I can't stand anyone who takes themselves to seriously so she just one on my list of people who after a little success became boring.
