Yep she laughed again. Now to be fair I feel that she was given a raw deal the last time she used this brand of uproarious laughter during a public appearance but this time it was very different. Not only did she laugh she added a twist of arrogance and garnished it with a little "Who's ya daddy!" I think this displays a side of her that change minded Americans may find troubling.

1. Hillary has proven that she is capable of displaying the same kind of hubris that Bush is known for. The kind that leads to errors in judgment.

Hillary just couldn't resist this obnoxious display. The problem for her was that the question wasn't funny. The tone of her laugh oozed "Oh this ought to be good!" If there was any confusion about what she was trying to communicate with her laugh she came right out and said "I wanna hear that!"

2. If Hillary is experienced she didn't show it under pressure.

Experience is Clinton's thing. Really? I call shenanigans! She made the most rookie of all rookie mistakes. She mocked and underestimated her opponent! Experience should have told her to remain quiet and allow him to answer the question on his own. If she had done that Obama would have had to work much harder to make a positive impression. Instead her arrogance handed a quick-witted Obama a bat with which to knock the question out of the park and win what was arguably the most dramatic exchange of the debate.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the love of all that is holy stop with the laugh thing. Some people laugh strange, its not a big deal.

Other than that, nice score for Obama.

Clinton is the one claiming she has experince. She is also the one who set herself up for this. Even if she truly found the question funny her experience seemed to fail her when she just couldnt help being rude.

I don't think laughing alone was the problem. It was when she decided to laugh and what her intent was behind that laugh. She was publicly enjoying what she thought was an impossible question for Obama. While laughing alone isn't important this shows how petty she can be even in front of a large audience when she should be professional and on message .

I'm not even saying should shouldnt attempt humor. She made decent joke when she asked the Moderator if the Democrats would be asked to raise their hands, a swipe at the barbaric Republican debates the day before.

As I said the first time she caught heat for this issue people were being were unfair to her but this time she opened her mouth and added words to what was an obvious and obnoxious display. Hillary has high negatives and a lot of people wonder why. Deserved or not rude displays like this wont help if she is nominated.

So no for the love of the holy, unholy, or mundane I will not stop bringing up something if it is fair.

my apologies, I misunderstood what you were attacking with the laugh.

I would agree with you there.

he was just spun that way by the very effective Rove machine.

The rest I actually agree with you about, though -- including Hillary.  She's only likeable in her heavily scripted moments.

I can't believe Obama went and talked to gets about his drug use. Why didn't he just say he didn't want to talk about stuff like that like Bush did in 2000.

He's never been private about it.  I think he did an excellent job of painting Hillary's campaign as needlessly dirt-digging.

My opinion is starting to be turned.  I am no longer as certain as I was that she is going to get the nomination.  It just might be everybody's favorite Bears fan instead.

This country elected Bill Clinton though his "crime" was only MJ and he didn't inhale..ha right Bill. They also elected Bush, overlooking his past drug use because they simply liked him. Yes there will be some people who wouldn't vote for Obama based on a non issue like PAST drug use but those kinds of people would've abandoned him on a host of other relevant issues.

Now they can call Obama a coke-head...and some will say it's true.

vs. saying I don't want to talk about that.

I was thinking Giulaini-Putin would be the trick.

"“We only see the oppressive side of authority. Maybe it comes out of our history and our background. What we don't see is that freedom is not a concept in which people can do anything they want, be anything they can be. Freedom is about authority. Freedom is about the willingness of every single human being to cede to lawful authority a great deal of discretion about what you do and how you do it.”" -Giulaini
