Intense book (none / 0)

Jill mentioned the Kite Runner a while ago when she was reading it. She sounded so excited about it that I went to the library and borrowed both the book and the unabridged CDs so I could read and listen at the same time. The author, Khaled Hosseini, reads his novel. It's better to listen to his voice, his pronunciations, while reading than just to either read or listen to the audio book. I want to read more!

I want to see the movie when it arrives here in the boondocks, or it will be Netflix for us. Thanks for the review. I'm very glad to hear "no lemons".

no lemons at all?  I was expecting a half lemon, but maybe there are no half lemons in the bitter critic's world.  It's all or nothing lemons!  I guess I will have to see this movie for myself.
