American Civilians, Are They Worth More Than Other Lives

Are the lives of American civilians worth more than the lives of civilians from other nations?

If you consider the thousands upon thousands of civilians killed in Iraq, Somolia, and Afganistan in Bush's "war on terra'".....?........???

I have to ask the question, becuase it seems no matter how much Bush, Republicans, and conservatives use the "war on terror" as a justification, they always use the Phrase "Collateral Damage", and just wipe the entire issue off the table.
Sorry, but killing an infant, little girl, 5 year old boy, grandfather, etc... are people and not "collateral damage."
Aren't innocent civilians being "terrorized", by our bombs and guns. Everytime when our military KILLS a civilian, bombs civilians, and creates a warzone, an act of terror against them.
When I hear a thuglican rant about evil abortion and stem cell research and thet they respect human life more than a liberal and then they support their war, which has killed  hundreds of thousands and terrorized millions of people worldwide, more than we have been terrorized by Al-Quadia and GWB with his Administration: It is the most blatent of Hypocrisies.

Then meaningless talking point, "we have to fight them there, so we do not have to fight them here,", just as bad as "freedom is on the March" is no justification for murder.

Morally it makes no difference.  However morals have absolutely nothing to do with politics.  They don't care about foriegn civillians because they can't vote.  They are also poor, so they can't really afford to buy american goods, so in the minds of our politicians they have no value whatsoever.
