Thanks for so passionately speaking out against the Israeli lobby and the gutless democrats.  You spoke exactly what I was feeling.  Democrats, what a bunch of pussies.  It is time for a new party one that isn't owned by corporate America or the Israeli lobby.

so are they a bunch of gutless pussies or perhaps theres something going on that we don't know about that represents a real threat.  the fundamental problem is that bush and the neoclowns are like the boy that cried wolf.  they have absolutely beyond question destroyed their credibility so nobody can trust them.

That Washington DC is, well, Washington DC.

While I firmly believe that Cenk is right about the influence of the Israeli lobby... I also think that it is worth considering that perhaps the Dems made a calculated move.  We will never know the public stances that politicians make in order to pressure the other side to submit on a different issue.  Deals happen all the time in backrooms / a.k.a. Washington cocktail parties.  "You do this for me or I'll threaten you with legislation" type stuff. 

I am NOT saying that the Dems were strong here.  I am not even saying that Cenk's analysis is wrong.  I am ONLY saying that it is worth considering that a little "you scratch my back and I'll take the 'no war with Iran' clause out of the spending bill" may have happened here.
