How About A War Tax?

If we're (especially repugs) seriuos about this war.....
Most Americans haven't suffered in the least bit for this Bush war. How about a war tax on all citizens based upon income and attached to the annual IRS tax return? I'll bet things would change then. We started the damn thing, we should pay for it, not our kids!
