A.G.'s Statement Dropping Duke Rape Case

The heck with the evidence or lack of evidence that the rape occurred.

How can the State prosecutors know what happened?

"The prosecuting witness in this case responded to questions and offered information. She did want to move forward with the prosecution.

However, the contradictions in her many versions of what occurred and the conflicts between what she said occurred and other evidence, like photographs and phone records, could not be rectified.

Our investigation shows that:

The eyewitness identification procedures were faulty and unreliable. No DNA confirms the accuser's story. No other witness confirms her story. Other evidence contradicts her story. She contradicts herself. Next week, we'll be providing a written summary of the important factual findings and some of the specific contradictions that have led us to the conclusion that no attack occurred."

The rush to attack the Duke players is no different than the attack on Imus. Right or wrong, the full force of the left's PC police lead by Sharpton and Jackson, the lead race hustlers that the left is capable of producing, have unleashed a full frontal assault on Imus. They sensed that his audience wasn't sufficient size to withstand an attack, and they smelled blood.

I was just watching race hustler “reverend” Jackson, and he seemed enraged about how they got off scott free. He went into a diatribe about how making woman dance in front of you naked is not a virtue and continued to bash the players as if they were guilty. This coming from a man who used to spit in white peoples food to spite them. He just refuses to give up or admit that his full assault on the duke players was hasty, ill founded, and ill conceived. This after a year and a half of 3 men falsely accused of rape who have had their reputations destroyed.

Crime scene investigators found eight different DNA samples inside this woman, and none of them belonged to the lacrosse players.

When someone makes a false accusation of rape for financial gain, they should go to prison for 30 years. Remember the Kobe Bryant case? 

"Oct. 30, 2006 — The second dancer in the Duke rape case has said for the first time that the accuser told her to "go ahead, put marks on me" after the alleged attack.
 
Dancer Kim Roberts made the new allegation — which she has not shared with authorities — in an interview with Chris Cuomo that aired today on "Good Morning America."

As she drove the accuser from the March 2006 Duke lacrosse party, Roberts told ABC News the woman was clearly impaired and "talking crazy."
Roberts said she tried several different times to get the accuser out of her car.

"The trip in that car from the house … went from happy to crazy," Roberts told Cuomo. "I tried all different ways to get through to her."

"I tried to be funny and nice," she said. "Then I tried to, you know, be stern with her. … We're kind of circling around, and as we're doing that, my last-ditch attempt to get her out of the car, I start to kind of, you know, push and prod her, you know."

Roberts said she told the woman, "Get out of my car. Get out of my car."

"I … push on her leg. I kind of push on her arm," Roberts said. "And clear as a bell, it's the only thing I heard clear as a bell out of her was, she said — she pretty much had her head down, but she said plain as day — 'Go ahead, put marks on me. That's what I want. Go ahead.'"
 
Roberts said the comments "chilled me to the bone, and I decided right then and there to go to the authorities."

I was listening to the Chris Vernan show and about his favorite hockey player as a kid that was convicted of rape. The guy was convicted of raping his babysitter. years later he was joking about  it with a friend and the friend informed him that the baby sitter came forward 5-10 years later and said it was all a ploy and admitted to making it up. Yet the rap stuck with him forever. So I guess this is the case with Kobe.

In this trial in which not only the prosecution instead of proclaining they lack the evidence to go forward, they jsut come out straight and say they have no doubt that the players are innocent. Yes Duke professors of Liberal arts continue to attack in the name of race hustlers and PC correctess church run by the fake reverands Jackson and Sharpton. 

 The Biology professor claims "Since we haven’t gone through a normal legal process, we don't know what really happend,” said Duke biology professor Sheryl Broverman. “The fact the charges were dropped doesn’t mean nothing happened. It just means information wasn’t collected appropriately enough to go forward.”"

 

So the "normal legal process" is where Nifong however you spell it pushes a fake trial to get the lib votes? And where the prosecution explicitly acknowledges the victums of these false accusation are 100% guilty. How many trials do you see the prosecution complain of lack of evidence. In this case, the prosecution even know the whole thing was a political parade orchestrated by the left.

 

What should happen is these professors, the univeristy, and Shaprton and Jackson should give an apology. Then the stripper and Nifong should be prosecuted to the full extend of the law.

The Times, less than five months ago: "By disclosing pieces of evidence favorable to the defendants, the defense has created an image of a case heading for the rocks. But an examination of the entire 1,850 pages of evidence gathered by the prosecution in the four months after the accusation yields a more ambiguous picture. It shows that while there are big weaknesses in Mr. Nifong's case, there is also a body of evidence to support his decision to take the matter to a jury."

There was a body of evidence. wrong. This had everything to do with political correctness, and the left's agenda of attacking white America in the name of that political correctness. The NYTimes is at it again trying to enforce it's desire to portray

1) White American repressing black America

2) Rich and privliged repressing poor 

3) Men repressing woman

4) Jocks as meatheads who wants to assault minorities

 

So the NYTimes had the perfect story. White, privilaged, male jocks assulting black strippers. Too bad the stripper was a head case, they didn't bother reporting that...
