Me thinks the troops are beginning to understand just what a two-faced piece of crap their commander-in-chief really is.
I've heard many say that they are fighting for their buddies alongside them.
I sure as hell don't think they are fighting for GW.
Yeah, we're pretty good at remembering numerals. It's slippery details like the identity of our attackers that we have so much trouble with. This image could be interpreted in a way that is not at all helpful to the rightoids: "We remember 9/11 a great deal better than our walnut-brained commander in chief does; the dumbass sent us to fucking Iraq, for chrissakes!"
YEAH, you tell 'em, buddy!
BytchBang is SO my friend (and SO not the same person as me)! Someday he'll cut that "wife" loose and get with ME.
I know you've been told, BB, but surely you remember this has all happened before:
1) OneHitKill and BytchBang's respective brands of irreverence clash head-on.
2) BytchBang gets angry, OneHitKill does not.
3) BytchBang appeals to Dave for support, OneHitKill does not.
4) BytchBang says, "Screw you guys, I'm going home" and storms off the playground, red-faced and wet-nosed, only to return two hours later after being sternly told by his mom to "play nice."
If Dave or Cenk or any Young Turk tells me I need to "be at a two" or that my posts are too mean or just not funny in the slightest, I'll take that to heart. But if they haven't yelled at Left Is Right yet, I doubt they'll come after me.
"By the way BB, you shouldn’t get all bent about Jesse the One Hit Killer."
Ken's right. There are literally hundreds of better reasons for you to get bent.
So am I....just because I don't agree with you on each and every issue and how these things will be accomplished doesn't make me
and all the other bellicose insults that fly around this forum....Now about Bytch,he has his own agenda...
Let the math speak for itself, as for which is the party of hope, determination, optimism and a can do attitude... and which is the party of doom and gloom, denial, negativity and ridicule."
Now thats funny ! Oh...I know when the Bytch openly states that TYT members are " my treasonist, seditious political enemies"
that must be a heretofore unknown type of hope, determination, optimism and can do attitude. Like these gems
Dave's (yturk's) indifference to people so many of the constructive criticisms of this forum and, given the treasonous and seditious nature of the TURKS themselves, Thanks, for the most part, to the efforts of the Liberal left. Who through seditious and practically treasonist efforts, have undercut the missions in Iraq. I believe that the way the leftoids provide comfort to our enemies by undermining our President and the missions of our troops to be tantamount to treason.
tell me how sedition this instance (the political left seeking an American defeat in Iraq) is anything less than treasonous. I'll be swinging on that GOP lever like every seditious - treasonous lefty on the planet is swinging from the other end by their necks.
That's just for starters.... get your spreadsheets out.
One more note to Bytch...
At least I'm not an obsessed stalker that literally clings onto their perceived target's every word
if you have an issue with people remembering what you post on this forum...don't post anything, that will solve all your problems.
As my grandpa told me
say what you mean...mean what you say.
"Although it is not true that all conservatives are stupid people, it is true that most stupid people are conservative." John Stuart Mill
BB is full of shit. That really wasn't the point of his post. He was simply bitching about OHK and other trivial crap and came up with that childish " Im making a list" nana nana boo boo. Talk about whining...
Conservitard blogs columns and other Conservatard web sites are full of the most bellicose negative vitriol I have ever read..."liberals" have not cornered that market.
Theres a thin line between " irrational exuberance" and optimism. Its easy to claim to be an optimist when you just ignore the problems we face or simple refuse to acknowledge any problems exist at all.
It proves Im not going to fall into th rhetoric trap you set....
Ken..I'm 62 years old.......I'm missing parts...I've almost been killed 3 times in accidents at sea. Ive been laid off 4 times. I've been robbed at gun point. My wife was in a bank robbery and the robber pointed his weapon and pulled the trigger on his gun, and it didn't go off. I survived a hurricane at sea in a 110ft patrol craft. My father died suddenly one day. Just dropped dead. My mother is dying of Alzheimer's. My sister died when I was very small in a car accident.
I spent 26 years in the Navy and have seen the entire world...the beauty and the power of nature; the power for good and evil of man. I run my own business....I have 2 great children...more grandkids on the way. I have the worlds best wife. I cut my grass in a tangerine speedo just to irritate my mega church neighbor. My 12 year old cat Scooter is 203-65 in picking football games including the last 4 Super bowls( I say a teams name and he meows for the winner)
I get up every morning thinking today will be a better day than yesterday, this week better than last week. Frankly its kind silly to make a laundry list of " why I'm and optimist and your not". I simply think there are a lot of very smart people out there working on a lot of interesting things ( scientific social political whatever..)that will positively impact me and my families future. For example, I just read an article about re polymerization of waste material to make synthetic oil...its almost there...the cost is 80$ a barrel now they are working on lower the cost of production..never heard of that before...thats what I'm talking about.
What more do you need me to say?
Now being said not every thing is peaches and cream ( other than the football picks) . Its also equally as silly to claim that when a person points out problems and issues that could be improved , it is somehow indicative that they are pessimists ; politically and morally inferior and infer that they are unpatriotic because they point out these things.
Its easy to be optimistic about the broad banal generalities that are Republican politics while brushing aside the devilish details...Iraq is a prime example of that.
Thats the nature of these forums. You know that. I would say that if you want happy thoughts go to the Sesame Street website.
Yours is a satisfaction that can only be had through intellectual masturbation.
We had a discussion similar to this before you were "born" on this forum, Bytchard. Maybe that's why your so-called point has been lost forever without a trace. I can't find the link right now, but it happened. Somebody contended that progressives suffer from depression, but it turned out to be this weird type of depression that only self-hating right wing zombies can perceive. From there we addressed the question, "Is it real depression if it only exists in the eyes of the beholder?" From that, the more famous philosophical axiom, about the tree falling in the woods with nobody to hear it, came to be.
I was wondering when someone would read the post.
