Like most secretive cults $cientology loves jargon.

SP...supressive person, ie anybody openly hostile to the cult

Orgs...the local 'churches'. I know a few people who have been held against their will for many hours in these places having agreed to the 'free personality test'

KSW...'keep Scientology working'...a policy aimed at keeping heretical thought out of the minds of members

It really is a scary nightmare mind-control cult that preys on insecure, weak-willed people, turning them into either paupers, or slaves, or both.

Cruise is out of his fucking mind.  Could you imagine him, Britney Spears, and Winehouse in the same room

This is so sad. This guy is obviously suffereing from an advanced mood disorder - the pressured speech, the paranoid ideation....and the focus on getting rid of "dangerous" psychiatry, the self-imposed isolation, etc. are classic symptoms. And then there are all the fellow cultists who perpetuate his delusions.

This should remind us all that we are still in the dark ages of treating psychiatric illness in our society. Our for-profit health care system has an abysmal record in paying treatment costs for serious mental illness. Coverage was never great, but over the last 10-20 years, coverage has decreased to an immoral low.

Now, I realize, Tom Cruise can afford to pay for psychiatric care, unlike many seriously mentally ill individuals who cannot maintain a job and thus, lose their insurance. But the fact remains that relatively little money is available for research in the causes and treatment of mental illness. Some drugs are available that help reduce delusional thinking in cases like Cruise's, but in many individuals (not all) the drugs have unpleasant side effects, and so not everyone can, or will, take them.

When he totally deteriorates, which he will, poor thing, we can only hope he will end up, ironically, making a positive difference by demonstrating how serious is the need for compassionate care for those whose brains are not working well enough to function in the real world. Yes I know he is bizarre, but when all is said and done, he deserves our pity.
