I'm recommending this out of principle (none / 0)
because God Damn It, no one ever recommends anything around here (including that awesome post you had a week or so ago, Fed says Buy American or whatever)!

Seriously though, maybe it would help if we could view the number of recommendations next to a thread?

Sadly people are influenced by this and if they see a rec they might be more likely to give one too (if they like the content enough).
