What is Karl Rove Up To?

OK, so maybe I'm a little paranoid, but rabid idealogues like Rove don't just leave a White House job to make more money. Does anyone know just what devilment he is up to these days?

Has anyone looked at NH voter registration trends to see which Republicans might have recently joined the Dem party in order to be able to vote in the NH Democratic primary? Here in the South, there is widespread irrational hatred of Sen. Clinton. I can only imagine that the Right would love to run against her and would do anything to see her nominated. Are we so willing to accept that so many polls were actually wrong when they predicted Sen. Obama's NH victory?

He's sleeping in and writing poorly thought out articles I imagine.  I never really got the sense that he believed in what he was pushing (isn't he an athiest).  So he's probably just counting his money.  But don't worry, you're not paranoid.  There is an endless stream of Rove-esque neocon whack jobs advising the new candidates.  They could be stealing it, but I think there is almost too much media surrounding this campaign.  Maybe I'm naive to think they would actually do any investigative work though.  Who knows?

KenTx, I'm just wondering why there were so many Dems voting in a primary in a relatively conservative state. Republicans use this tactic - change your party affiliation for the primary and vote for the person we deign will be most vulnerable inthe genreal election, then you can go back to being a Republican after the primary. My elderly mom was preyed upon this way recently by a local Republican candidate. It doesn't take much work on a local level or in a small state to pull this trick.

But the entrance polls were much closer to the actual result, and the ultimate result was within the margin of error for those polls.  New Hampshire residents are allowed to change their party affiliation the second they walk in the door, then change it again before they leave (on voting day).  Karl Rove has no love for the Clintons so Im' not sure what you're suggesting there.  And obviously you have to "accept" that the polls were wrong, because Obama lost.  So I'm not sure what you mean there either.

What I'm trying to get across is that we all would do well to be diligent in looking for vote manipulation by Rove and his ilk.

I do think that pollsters can be wrong, and that all those  last-minute undecideds might have seen Sen. Clinton's performance in the Sunday night debate and decided to vote for her. I actually think she did a good job that night, even though I'm not a supporter of her candidacy. And I suspect Obama's response about her likability came off as snide, even though I would like to see him nominated.

But I also believe in the possibility that Rove knows the landscape well enough to see that Clinton would be the more vulnerable candidate in November and I wouldn't put anything past him. I'm not saying anything, I'm just saying...

"What is Karl Rove up to?"

Surfing the internets secretly for hot "man on man" action on the Google, like all good Republicans.

So now we know what Karl's up to (weight aside), but what is worse? Having him up under the woodwork, just slipping out in the dark, or having him as an oft-quoted "legitimate" mouthpiece on Fix News? He obviously sees the voters' trend away from the monster he has created. Anyone who saw him dance knows that he is emotionally stunted, so is this now his 4 year old's way of saying...I still matter, look at meeeee? Could it really be so pathetic?
