So I turn on MSNBC today and I see David Poofter is filling in for Keith Olbermann, so I'm totally depressed about it.

 

But before I leave I see this hilarious image that totally encapsulates how ridiculous this campaign has gotten, thanks to John McCain:

Just thought that was very interesting.  If anything happens to Obama...I'm putting the full blame on McCain.  He's inciting these crazy people into violence.  He's gone way too far, and now I think even he's starting to realize it.

I wrote somewhere else that McCain and Palin have set and stoked this fire (with the help of some media) and now they have a firestorm that they can't control. In Palin's case, I don't think she wants to rachet down-she's a single- (and simple-) minded republibot. McCain sees the potential that this ends in a tragedy that has their names all over it!!!!Too little too late, and you're right, sspeaks to their willingness to go very low, then the crazies can't be reeled in by them-"weak sauce."

Question.  Why is it that if you happen to be of middle eastern decent, "arabic", you're a bad person.  Seriously?

Strange thing happened to my husband, who's armenian.  He went to bed on sept 10th 2001 a white guy and woke up on sept 11th an Arab.  B/c he has dark features and tanner skin?  So that new Arab designation means that he's a secret terrorist and we shouldn't trust him...b/c of his spooky devious intentions?  Bull.
