John Safran tries to join the KKK

John Safran is an Australian documentarian along the lines of Michael Moore.

In 2004 he made a tv-series called "John Safran vs. God" where he tried on different religions and beliefs.

In one of the episodes he tried to join the California branch of the Ku Klux Klan despite being Jewish.

So can a Jew who doesn't do anything Jewish join the Klan? They have bent the rules before when they let Catholics join.

You gotta say one thing for the guy. He's consistent, clear, and unapologetically committed. He seemed taken aback by Safran's revelation, but give him credit. He finished the interview. As long as they aren't breaking the law, hey--its america.

I wonder if any half jews have signed up yet?
