What Scares Me The Most.

Landslide? Does that mean I can stay home?

After two years of campaigning, the entire Democratic Primary process, being nominated by his party, taking a comanding lead in the polls, winning three back-to-back debates, raising more money than any candidate in history, and gaining the support of the American people, Barack Obama may fall victim to the notion that It’s all over.  I’ve heard talk of Landslides, and it scares me, because what has allowed Obama to get this far is the idea that this is the most important election of our lifetimes.  If people think it’s a foregone conclusion, they might not feel the need to put out the effort, stand in long line, disrupt their schedules and do what is needed to put this thing away.

So please go out and do what is needed to get the word out about Barack Obama, and why we need him as President.  Tell them it isn’t over, and we still need their help to make this happen.  Otherwise, we’re just giving it away.

We have about three weeks to go.  We can not let voter apathy take hold, and give this election to John McCain and Sarah Palin.

people are going to be so busy watching the polls, looking at the new Ana calender and eating cheese doodles that they forget to vote
