The whole qualification who has the most experience between Palin and Obama needs to stop right now. It is the same as comparing a company clerk who held a position for 6 yrs with a CEO who is on the job for 2yrs.

The CEO has shown the personality to become a leader. The only way to achieve this position is to be completely aware of your surroundings, the market you operate in together with conventional wisdom and eagerness to progress.  

A clerk on the other hand shows most often content with the status quo while in general not being overly concerned about the overall company’s well-being. This kind of personality is often liked by many of their peers and will hang out at hockey games and chit-chat about the latest town gossips.

The difference in experience becomes a non-factor when a personality doesn’t show the interest to connect to the environment they will be operating in. Last night Sarah Palin showed again that she favors bringing the water cooler talk to Washington and actually hopes the rest of the country will follow her.

I want a president with a CEO mentality and personality. I want a leader where America and other countries have respect for in meetings, deliberations and alliances. A president, who can connect on the highest levels of diplomacy without having to use cue cards to assist them in responding to questions.

No country in their right mind will ever send a clerk to negotiate solutions with Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Iran while the question might come up:
