Pollster.com National Presidential Preference shows Obama way ahead

These polls show a huge shift and trend towards Obama.  Obama is higher than he's ever been and still going up.  McCain is lower than he's been this year and still going down.

Republicans have two choices:  They can either give up or launch the nastiest campaign they have ever run.

But they have a problem.  These polls are based on how the pollsters define "likely voters", which is determined on whether or not someone has voted before.  But a lot of younger people and others who have not voted are coming out for Obama.  This is indicated by the relative size of the rallies that each candidate attracts.  Obama's are huge, while McCain's are no more than the average -- or smaller -- for a typical Presidential campaign.

The dishonesty of the Republican's swiftboat campaign was nothing compared to what we will see if they embark on the only campaign that could save them.

Nevertheless, I'm callin' it <bang! bang! bang!>: Obama will be our next President.

They're already being nastier than any campaign has ever been, but they're making it seem as though what they're doing is perfectly normal.  I hope the American people aren't buying it (that their campaign is perfectly normal and the issues they're bringing up are important).  But Obama can't give up yet.  He has to keep on calling their b.s. and keep on bringing the issues to the fore.  I think he did a good job refuting the Ayers connection - at least the MSM is reporting it as such - and he's talking tough on health care ("where will you be under McCain's plan? Broke.").  Just one more month!

"...Obama can't give up yet."

That's why I'm going out to knock on some more doors today.  We've still got a couple of days to talk to folks, register them, and file their mail-in ballot applications.  New Mexico WILL go for Obama!

They are already beginning.  Mccain has a new volley of REDICULOUS ads and Sarah Palin is hitting the road smearing Obama.  She basically said he Chums it up with terrorists.  They are also push polling now, trying to associate him with Hamas.  Classy folks.

The problem is this, we've seen it all before.  People know what theyre doing now, it's never going to work.  The only thing i'm worried about is the push polling in Ohio and Florida.  Still i think this marks the end of Mccain.  He is losing hope.
