The LAW says that there will be a recount.

The Secretary of State, The Governor, Al Franken, or The local dog catcher has absolutely nothing to defend in reference to this issue.

Norm Coleman needs to defend his position of trying to circumvent the law and be declared the winner.

While I'm sure if he were down 200 votes he would take the exact same position because that's just the way he rolls, the law is quite clear that the recount will happen.

It is somewhat amusing how over the last few years, Republic Party Members (some on this very website) have accused Democrats of trying to suppress the vote, and now good ole Norman is pulling out all the stops to keep every vote from being counted.

What is it about The Republic Party and recounts?
