Final Electoral College Breakdown Contest

In the Young Turks "predict the Electoral College vote" guessing game, many people predicted that Obama would win 364 electoral votes.  To my great relief, I don't have to send any of those people t-shirts because the final number is 365, which was the guess of just one person, terrill.

Of course the Electoral College doesn't actually meet and vote until December, but I am declaring terrill to be the official winner of the TYT t-shirt giveaway.

Missouri would have a recount if the state had mattered to the final outcome and recounts pretty much always favor Democrats. I DEMAND A RECOUNT!

With a recount I believe my prediction of 375 would have been the closest to the final count of 376. I've been robbed... cheated, like Al Gore. However, unlike Al Gore, I'm a sore loser and will not concede.

Take it all the way to the supreme court.

You may want to do a cost/benefit analysis regarding the legal costs vs. the cost of a TYT t-shirt first.  Just a suggestion.

Cost of ignoring justice too high (none / 0)

At what price do we decide we cannot afford justice? In what analysis can we sacrifice the basic rule of law that allows our democratic society to function?

There comes a time when we must fight even when there is no chance of winning, because there is no one else who will. Because to surrender and survive would be worse than to fight and be destroyed. We haven't reached that point yet, fortunately.

First, I can appeal for a just consideration on these message boards. The next step would be to garner support and launch a campaign of overwhelming protest through posts, comments, e-mails and phone calls. Failing that, I must appeal to the Missouri state board of elections to perform a recount for the purpose of justice and getting me a TYT shirt. The final move would be to appeal to the Supreme Court and possibly plan for the invasion of Rebel Headquarters with ground forces aimed at securing my TYT shirt as well as reparations for the cost of the operation. But I hope such drastic measures can be avoided.

Only 365?...Could this mean the country continues its shift to the Republican party as predicted , at least 100 temes, by  the local color commentator!
