Hillary: The Movie

If you like this story,
digg it!
I watched "Hillary: the movie" last night.
Didn't know there was a movie about Hillary? Well, despite the title, there really
isn't one. A movie, that is. What I watched was like FOX without commercials. Dick Morris, Ann Coulter, Robert Novak, Newt Gingrich, Michael Medved, Tony Blankley, Bay Buchanan; I swear I could feel my IQ being lowered as the Right Wing pundits paraded by. I took a shower afterwards in a vain attempt to wash off the slimy feeling left behind.
It almost made me
want to vote for her.
Literally, the first ten minutes is nothing but insults, innuendo, and smears. And what fills the rest of the time? Well, more of the same, but they target the crapola a little more.
Travelgate. Kathleen Willey. Peter Paul. She made promises in her Senatorial campaign and then didn't deliver. She made flip floppy statements. She questioned the political progress of Iraq. She
argued with her husband in an
elevator instead of
in public!
She wants Health Care for Americans!! Oh my! She must be the devil! This film is a danger to America! At the beginning, I was thinking "How could watching this turn into a drinking game?" because..well, ninety minutes of this - I just might be tempted to take a drink or two, if for no other reason than to spare the life of my cat. But which phrase should be the trigger? Remember, this is BEFORE I started watching.
I decided that "
some people say" or a variation thereof would be workable. I warn you - you'll be blowing over the legal limit before all the players are introduced. If you play this game, you will likely overdose and DIE before the final credits roll - even if you're drinking shots of
lite wine cooler. This movie should be banned as a
safety hazard! Won't somebody
please think of the
children?
There are shots at Bill, of course, and Sandy Berger. I hadn't realized it, but Sandy Berger's socks are big enough to sneak out the entire Clinton library! I learned that "because Sandy Berger destroyed these critical secret documents, the American people may
never learn the
truth" about the Clintons and 9/11. They neglect to mention that what he took were
copies of documents, no originals or unique as they claim here.
They even brought on the writer/producer of "
The Path To 9/11" to bitch about Disney not releasing a DVD of his own little "
Triumph of the Will." He showed a snippet that had to be removed before broadcast - but didn't bother to mention that the scene portrayed
never happened. But, man oh man, he sure is steamed that these "facts" aren't being made available to the public, and believes it's a personal vendetta against him by the Clintons.
The hit piece wraps up with an extended segment on the clemency of some Puerto Rican "terrorists" and how it was
obviously Hillary who talked Bill into releasing them for political favors. Obviously. Obviously. (I'm just saying it as often as Dick Morris did, leave me alone!) I don't know anything about this but I can't imagine they would try to misrepresent any facts, right? She
must be guilty! Obviously...
There were a couple of things missing which, frankly, surprised me. Not a word about Vince Foster. Nobody mentioned her cankles. And...something else...what was it? I noticed the lack while watching...geez, I hate brain farts...I could - NO! I will not -
cannot! - watch it again to remember. Please, I beg you, waterboard me instead!
OHhhh! I remember!
Evidence.
Personal recounts, a LOT of shots of Newspaper headlines, pundits who say
clearly,
obviously, and
it can ONLY mean, but no actual evidence. The smoking gun is a water pistol.
If you have the guts to watch it, please protect your monitor. Wear slippers, so they will bounce off the screen instead of passing through and embedding in the wall. Warn neighbors three doors down so they won't call the police when the shouting begins. Don't eat anything expensive before watching - why waste money? And for gawd's sake, make sure you wear gloves when handling the disc - it's toxic!
To Ken: What, you expected a "thumb's up?"
