Is Clinton deliberately sabotaging Obama's November chances?

I raised this point as a comment in another thread a few days ago. After mulling it over, I decided to raise it in a separate post to see what you people think.

It appears to me that 2012 may be the last year Clinton considers herself young enough to be elected President. She turns 61 in October of this year, 65 in October of 2012, and 69 in October of 2016. Given the harsh manner in which this country treats women as they age, Clinton has to be worried about her prospects if she runs for President at the age of 69. (Plus, there will be unending jokes about Bill and "69".)

If Obama wins this November, he will be our party's nominee in 2012. If Clinton joins his ticket and ensures his victory this year, she may never get the chance to lead her own ticket.

By kneecapping Obama in the primaries, and giving the White House to McCain, Clinton becomes the leading contender to face an elderly John McCain in four years. If McCain pursues GOP economic policies, an America in ruin will surely elect her as President. Does she regard a Bush-McCain appointed Supreme Court and WW3 in the Middle East to be a small price to pay for that opportunity?

I've tried to understand why she fails to acknowledge the reality of her current position, and this is the only explanation that doesn't cast her as delusional. Unfortunately, it makes her seem like a person who would hurt the party, the country and the world to advance her own ambition.

I do believe Obama is delibrately sabotaging Hillary's November chances. :-)

I must wonder how did we ever allow this evil, vile creature you describe into the Democratic Party.

I know we have a big umbrella, but we should have drawn the line with evil incarnate. Don't ya think?

What's your scenario for Clinton:

A) Getting the nomination, and

B) Winning in November?

Is there any realistic way that she can accomplish either aside from hiring assassins?  ; Or is getting a Democrat in the White House less important to you than trashing Obama?

Our next President will not be Hillary Clinton because she will not be the Democratic nominee.  Get used to it.

I believe she is firmly committed to a Democrat cleaning up after the recent spate of Repugnicon messes.  I just don't believe she's capable of imagining such an outcome that doesn't include her in the driver's seat.  The damage she's doing is all collateral, I believe.

I could have lived a happy life without seeing that picture.  But now you've ruined that for me.  I hope you're happy.

...may also sabotage Obama's November chances.  Who is he kidding that Hillary, as a woman, hasn't also had to work twice as hard or be considered a non-person.

Men of color were given the right to vote long before women.  Women were considered their husband's property for years before and after slavery.

I am a supporter of Obama, but I just can't sit by and be okay with Jeffery Wright being Obama's religious advisor.  I'm sure more than a few women feel the same way.

If we are rightfully kicking Ferarro to the curb over her obvious racist comments the same should be done with this misogynist.

no one is defending Wright's stupid comments, at least no one that I know.

Obama needs to step up, and fast, before this spirals out of control.

close to a weekend.  The right wing media will still pound on it, but hopefully the main stream will let it fall into the same hole that all of the various Bush scandals fell in.  Probably not, because he's a Democrat, but a man can dream can't he?  Answer:  No, he cannot.
