Ala. Democratic former Gov. Don Siegelman will have an appeal, it appears.

He's out of prison for now and has an appeal. Finally the 11th Circuit has heard the lower courts' pleas for an appeal.

This is great news. Hopefully a fair trial will expose this for the railroading that it was.
