Shenanigans from the Texas county caucuses

New from the frontline.
I went to my county caucus (which had a massive turnout) and had to sit through some nonsense from a bigwig Hillary supporter. After being told by every official that if we had cast our caucus vote we could go home if we wanted, when we sat down to begin the business of the convention former Texas AG and super-dem Jim Mattox called for a quorm count.
Earlier Mattox had given a very hostilely received speech for Hillary to cap off a day of "unite the party" speeches (good one by our Rep Lloyd Doggett). The call for quorum was eventually defeated after a procedural dance that took about an hour and caused everyone working on any facet of the convention to drop what they were doing to stand around waiting to be counted. Apparently Mattox and some other Clinton supporters tried to slow the convention down as much as possible trying to wait out the crowds and then call for another quorum.
You see if there is no quorom at the quorum call the convention essentially did not happen and our delegates don't get selected and we just aren't represented. Very democratic, huh?
We heard numerous reports that this was happening in Travis County (Austin) directly to the North of us and Williamson (the north Austin suburbs), all of which Obama won handily.
Now I can't tie this to Hillary, her campaign or her rank and file supporters (most of whom I talked to were appalled by this tactic) but at least these folks were up to no good today here in Hays County.
