Wow...Have you seen Hillary's new Commercial?

Google Technorati del.icio.us digg reddit
If you like this story, digg it!
Isn't it crazy that she made this into an ad?

I almost couldn't believe it.

Oh well, at least it makes it clear who and what she stands for, so she deserves some credit for that!

The good news is, some people are paying attention.

PS---Maybe she'll be more careful when choosing actors for her future 3AM ads?

He has already gone on record, admitting that he plans to vote for Hillary Clinton.

You really have to wonder about the mental state of a person who hates Hillary as much as he does, and yet is still prepared to support her blind ambition to be president.

Is there any hypocrisy in this position?

by KenTX on 03/08/2008 09:36:31 PM EST

I will happily vote for Hillary before McCain, that's for sure.  I'm pretty sure nobias sees the distinction.  Most presidential candidates get a little nutty with ambition during the campaign. I've lost a lot of respect for Hillary, but I'll still vote for her if it comes down to that.

If it comes down to creating a radical, ultra conservative supreme court that could last decades and voting for a watered down, center right DLC Dem, I have to go with the lesser of two evils.

I'll resent it the whole time, won't work on her campaign and will tell people why they shouldn't vote for McCain rather than why they should vote for her, but in the end I'll do what I have to do.

It's funny that Ken thought he some kind of explosive GOTCHA(!) moment when all he really had was this.

Oh, by the way, to all the fools that keep saying Obama will lose to McCain, click me please.

"To all the fools that keep saying Obama will lose to McCain, click me please."

Your website counts electoral votes in March, gives VA, ND, NM, NV, CO, NH to Obama, and still has Obama barely beating McCain.

So who are the "fools"?

By the way, who is DesertPair, your girlfriend?

I vaguely recall reading somewhere that DesertPear was in her fifties, and that definitely does not describe nobias's girlfriend.  :)

You got that right! :)    (Cenk sapproves this smiley face)

As for Ken, the point is that polls show Obama beating McCain in a head to head matchup.  That, coupled with the Survey/Electroal stuff posted, shows that Obama CAN beat McCain.

Obviously none of us can be 100% sure of who will win and lose.  But I for one won't say that Hillary or McCain CAN NOT win as some of you have (ridiculously) said about Obama.

Thank you so much for this link Ken. I am thrilled that there is a site for tracking of EVs for the whole nation. I just hope that the Survey USA does enough polls to keep the numbers fresh, perhaps updating every day or every other day.

Regardless I will continue to track the states as they come in, but this will allow me to verify my own spreadsheet.

Once more, my deepest thanks to Ken from Texas.

You're nine years old bobo.  "Ooh, you backed up her point.  That must mean you like like her.  ihavenobias and DesertPair sitting in a tree..."  Using that logic, I'd imagine you and Ken are happily married (if your state would allow it) by this point.

Hillary probably can't win...but she sure has Obama on the ropes.

by acroso on 03/08/2008 10:05:28 PM EST

"she sure has Obama on the ropes"

She is proving that Obama has a glass jaw. He can't get down in the political mud and slop around with the other hogs.

Karl Rove is now a regular contributor on FoxNews. He is on 3-4 times per day, along with guys like Dick Morris and Bob Beckel. The Fox coverage of politics makes the other networks look ridiculous by comparison.

Anyway, Rove says that the Clinton campaign is doing an excellent job of reading the breaks in the green for McCain's putt. All McCain needs to do is go to school on what works and doesn't work against Obama.

If the "3:00 AM" commercial created big movement in the numbers with Democrats, imagine what it will do with Republicans and Independents.

I thought I was one of the resident drunks on this site (my apologies to those who drank before me...)

Either I am missing a terribly flawed inside joke (if so, please disregard my rants as you usually do...) or you are just plumb fuck stupid to believe that someone at her campaign appoved this ad...

I rescind my olive branch to the Kool Aid drinking Obamabot legions if for one minute you take some stupid ass thing off of you tube and run with it...

We all know she said it, we all know she believes it, and we all know that they both have DICK for foreign Policy experience! Get the fuck over it, grow some balls and tell your guy to grow some too...the only way he wins is if he proves to the voters that he is not a GIANT PUSSY like you seem to be over the fact that Hillary has balls and your group doesn't...

Im glad Obama won the Cheney/BrokeBack Mountain crowd in Wyoming. He'll win in Mississippi because the of the Black population...BRING HIM ON>>> I cant wait to watch his (and your) destruction at the hands of real voters... those of us who live in this realm we call "reality..."

Even if he gets past Hillary, he will succumb to his (and your) Vaginitis before the general election in November...

Thanks...

ps - if this was an inside joke, please let us know beforehand so you dont send us "imbalanced" people into general psychosis... much appreciated...

by bobo1 on 03/08/2008 11:00:10 PM EST

to believe I wasn't being 1,000% sarcastic WRT Hillary approving that ad.

"GIANT PUSSY like you"?  Remind me, do lines like that work in 10th grade, or just for the same type of people who got chills when Bush said "Bring em on!" or any other of his pretend, macho bullshit lines?

FYI (I'm not just directing this to you by the way), false bravado is embarrasing. This isn't the Old West, it's an online political forum.

PS---Do you want to compare penis size now?  Seriously, 2 vagina references in one post?  I'm always leery of when people go out of their way to act macho. Kinda like when religious zealots go out of their way to publicly rip gays...

OK, thanks for the clarification. You are sometimes hard to read, bias!

I teach 7th grade, by the way, so all of my junior high Macho references come from that level, thank you very much...

As for the vagina references, I have come to the conclusion that Obama and his Kool Aid drinking legions have one very specific problem - This whole argument or objective about staying "above the fray" and "promoting positive values" blah blah blah is simply his inexperienced staff saying that they have not developed their scrotal sacs yet. These people have no balls, or in the least they have chosen not to whip em out and show the world what a strong candidate can offer...

The press' love affair with Obama is almost over - you can tell in their coverage and demeanor that they realize their "knight in shining armor" is really a eunich in disguise... And no matter how above the fray Obama thinks he can be, he is not above the opinions of the macho, redneck, dumb ass electorate that he must win in order to become president...hence the 2 vaginal references in my previous postings.

Obama's campaign strategy is starting to reflect the immature, unprepared and weak entity that many have accused it of being from the get go. Being a mealy mouthed pussy is not helping him with undecideds. We might just have to swallow the sour milk from the saggy breats of the Hillarybeast in order for us here in the undecided column to believe that somebody with balls will become president.

Remember, bias, I want to be on your side. I want to believe - Obama just isnt helping his cause... I think the only way to make peace in all of this is the joint ticket, because we are going to face someone who has proven he has balls of steel - and you know I hate Grandpa Death, but fact is fact - nutcase shit slime as he is, he doesn't have any problem in the huevos department...

100% sober tonight, thank you...

so basically, obama and everyone who supports him has no balls.

I mold young minds on a daily basis...Makes you rethink about vouchers, doesn't it?

No, Obama and his campaign have not shown much in the huevos department. I would assume that you and others who support Obama do in fact have developed your scrotal sacs, my question is why hasn't the campaign shown any (publicly at least)... and furthermore, why aren't the Obama faithful calling for Hillary's head on a platter for her recent behavior (and why hasn't Obama shown some brass in rebuttal to her)?

If you're looking for proof on a blog site (especially this one), you are wandering in the wrong arena my friend...may I direct you to a more sensible site, perhaps? Calculus web sites? Laws of Physics? That's where one finds a sense of proof...

If you are looking for a point from me, you obviously are new and don't understand that ihavenobias and I are continuing a conversation that started weeks ago...I didn't realize you needed some love too, so my apologies, honeybuns...

If you are one of the faithful Obamabot Kool Aid drinkers screenshotted, then you better get used to personal attacks on your candidate and your cause...life's a bitch - get over it.

Thanks for your help...

You think you'd still have a job if we had vouchers?

If the Obama campaign was tougher on Hillary, would you vote for him?  Now, here's the part where you say that "My voting record isn't relevant.", and I follow up with "Yes it is, because if you're not voting for any presidential candidate this year, than it doesn't matter what you think he should or shouldn't do, because none of it is going to please you anyway."

Most of the people on this site do use facts and proof for their assertions (even Ken sometimes).  I notice however that you never do, and get angry at others for asking you to.  Is it because most of what you say is hateful bullshit?  I'm not saying anything...  I'm just saying that you spew hateful bullshit.

If you're looking for a point from bobo, you (screenshotted) definitely must be new because you'll be waiting a long while.  The word "conversation" would imply that you had something to contribute other than "Obamabots" and "Kool Aid" over and over again.  You're incapable of having any discussion outside of your hatred for Obama.  If I had a nickel for every time you've brought him up in a thread where it was completely unrelated, I'd... well I'd have a few nickels I bet.

Life's a bitch, and her name is bobo.

Thanks for nothing...

And why do you sign a comment when your name appears directly under it?  Geez bobo, you can't do anything right.

Geez, I didnt know this would strike such a chord with you, Spence!!!

I know I would still have a job because I am very good and qualified at what I do (but we wont argue that right now)...

And yes, Spence, I would very much consider voting for Obama if he showed some backbone...I have been waiting to see that he isnt just an empty suit for a while, but he is dissapointing in this realm at the present moment...

As for this assertion of proof, you obviously have not had what most refer to as a "classical education". Throwing words like "proof" around on a political opinion talk show sight shows that you might not have grasp on that particular concept. We are not math people...We are not Engineers (well, some of you are, so please, bandy that term "proof" around all you want!!!). We are common people expressing opinions...Just because you dont like my particular opinions doesn't mean I have some "burden of proof" to show to anyone reading... If you want examples, thats one thing, proof is an entirely different matter...especially on opinions - how the Hell would one prove an opinion???

Hateful? maybe, but this is an opinion forum...'nuff said...

If you would, Spencer, (or anyone else) could you possibly direct me to a few different political sites that are not completely infested with Obama supporters? Is there somewhere on the web that one can express an opinion about his royal majesty without incurring the wrath of the masses? Anyone can help on this. I have tried DU, Politico and Huffington, and they are all in various stages of the ObamaBorg assimilation stages... Please dont send me back to the dark side - conservative blogs - isnt there somewhere where normal people who haven't been assimilated into the collective can talk and discuss...

I might be off the blog for a while (I know you will be saddened by this, Spence, China Tiny etc) but I think I'll take the time to find a place where normalcy still rules the way...Even the show with Cenk is becoming monotonous and unbearable...He needs to get off the ObamaEcstacy!!! I have been catching Maddow, Malloy and Schulze now, they haven't completely immersed themselves in the kool aid yet...

Ken TX, I'll check back every once and a while to see if there has been a shift in course on the show (let me know if they bring Ben or Wes in permenantly...) Please drop me a PM and keep me updated, I appreciate it...

Farewell, ObamaBots... See you when the tides shift favorably back to reason...

Thanks, as always..:)

Don't go.  I was just about to ask you for some proof of your whole "Kool Aid ObamaBots" thing.  I would love for you to show some comments from this blog that show a nonsensical worship of Obama.  You're always complaining about it, but I've never seen it here (I don't look at other blogs usually), so tell me where this whole "cult" thing comes from.  Cenk sure doesn't worship Obama so I don't know where you get that from.  But even if he did, we're all just people with different opinions afterall.   You shouldn't get so mad over it, and grow some of that thicker skin you're always telling us "ObamaManiacs" to get.

I never supported Edwards when it seemed like the entirety of the internets did, so I know what it's like to get the "wrath of the masses".  But it's just people's opinions, and they get fired up about them, so cry me a river bobo.  Don't act like you don't enjoy the fighting.  Every one of your posts is littered with provocative language because you do.  You're not going anywhere.

In Carolina when Rove and Bush had them for breakfast.

Ever since, he has been a lap dog - not a Doberman.

All od us old guys believe we have the "oomph" we had when we aere younger. It makes us sound like we have balls of steel, able to whip all of the whippersnappers who come our way.

It's bullshit. That clanging you hear is hardened arteries banging together in a sack hanging halfway to our knees.

McCain was a hero. McCain had guts. That was all a very long time ago. Now he's a pandering crybaby who supports all the worst moves of the last 20 years.

He's a yap yap dog...

First of all, I'm find it rather ironic that you run around talking about how Obama and his supporters "have no balls." Its so bad it makes you look slightly brain damaged.

Second, you like to make this argument that Obama won't be 'ready' because he has no experience. Really? And Hillary does? How? Saying Hillary has experience with excecutive matters is like saying that George W. Bush had experience with executive matters pre-2000. Experience is nice, but judgement matters more. Not just judgement then, but judgement now.

Third, you can always tell what kind of president and how effective a they will be by who they surround themselves with. Hillary has many of the same funders that backed George W. as well as several of the same staff. Obama has vastly more progressive staff and can attribute much of his campaign funding to us, the people.

So please spare me your mindless andpitiful, status-quo bullshit.

by Telrich on 03/09/2008 04:47:29 AM EST

I guess he would vote for Laura Bush too . Because by his drunken logic being the presidents wife qualifies as experience.
