MaCain OKs Iranian attach on US

Presidential candidate John McCain campaigned yesterday in Westport, Conn. and confirmed his support of the Bush doctrine of pre-emptive war if your country "feels" threatened.

John McCain confirms the Bush doctrine, "If someone is about to launch a weapon that would devastate America, or have the capability to do so, obviously, you would have to act immediately in defense of this nation's national security interests." I would assume that it follows that any other country that would like to adopt this doctrine could then attach the US if they feel and "imminent threat."
Iran was threatened again today by George Bush and most residents of the Iran feel that they have been threatened so many times by Bush that they can go ahead and launch a "pre-emptive strike" to preserve their sovereignty. I don't understand how anyone could be against this because wthe US a bigger threat to Iran than they are towards the US.
Cheney again recently said that we could drop a nuke on Iran if we (read Cheney) thought it was necessary.
