Rep. Tim Ryan goes for Hillary Clinton

Google Technorati del.icio.us digg reddit
Young Turks favorite, Congressman Tim Ryan from Ohio, came out to endorse Clinton.  Everybody loves this guy because he's young, he gets it, he's energetic, and he gave a fiery speech a few years ago that the liberal blogosphere loved (it was a good fired up speech).  I'm sure many of you are disappointed.

A pity to lose someone like him. A shame we have to bring him and the Clinton imperium down crashing.

Politically speaking, isn't it quite clear that they should all be endorsing Obama as he has a 90% (give or take 9%) of being the nominee at this point?

I can only assume people fear the Clinton Machine or that there's some blackmail/favors going on here.

As more and more come out and endorse candidates, the number of outstanding superdelegates is dwindling, down to 305 remaining.

Over the last 5-6 weeks, Obama has been getting more than his fair share, and as a result, he is catching Hillary in the superdelegate count.

By my calculations, if Obama can capture 93 of the 305 remaining superdelegates, he will win the nomination.

That's the real countdown to watch: 93 more superdelegates.

As obvious as this is to anyone with rudimentary math skills pointing out simple facts like this drive the Hillbots into insane posting frenzies.

After Obama's number of Super Delegates reaches 330, he is assured of the nomination.
