Here's my point in posting this. When Cenk wrote off Ron Paul as a biggot, he wrote off the only Republican candidate who acknowledged how bad the economy is, how bad the Iraq war is, and how the two issues are linked. I could be wrong, but he might have even been the first candidate on either side to marry the two issues. Why attack the people who agree with you, issue blanket accusations, and write us off as "retards" and racists? Is it just about wanting to run against a candidate who's campaign and platform you find completely morally disgusting, or do you find Rep. Paul's campaign just as reprehensible because you disagree with him on domestic and social issues? Still trying to figure it out.

...all I heard was a whole lotta sense makin'! This Southern Avenger guy is 100% right about Hamas and Carter. If only those people who condemn Rev. Wright's words about "chickens coming home to roost" would take the time to watch and think about this op/ed piece, maybe they could begin to understand how our actions cause reactions. Thanks for this great link.

But I didn't hear anything that sounded remotely "conservative".

I think I'll start posting videos on YouTube, calling myself the "Liberal Avenger".

You're right. He forgot to include anything about pre-emptively tossing nuclear bombs, invasions, taunts, threats, massive propaganda schemes, torture, renditions, or spying on the populace - all the hallmarks of the modern "conservative." Just a call for diplomacy.

How quaint...

I called him a conservative, and Texas Ken is once again totally jumping to conclusions, because he is. If you check out his youtube page he is pretty impassioned about it. He is, as I continue to be, a Ron Paul supporter (everyone may fill in their own derogatory comment about us now). He does like to make informed arguments that make sense, so while I'm totally positve he's a conservative, I can't say that he's a Republican. I like to think we're on the cutting edge of taking the term "conservative" back from sadists and psychopaths, but we will of course have to sit through at least one more election where we have no representation. Ken, when you accuse someone of being a whacko liberal, or anything else for that matter, you might want to check into it, just a little.

You haven't had a lot of interaction with Ken, have you?

We all suspect he can't read.  Being unable to watch a video is something else entirely.
