Do The Candidates Listen To People Like The Young Turks?

Does it do any good to talk about what is happening today in  the Democratic race for candidacy? Do Clinton and Obama have an ear for what is being discussed in a forum such as this? Or is most of what is being said by people like MedfordTim, chrisandyasemin, or Cenk just fodder for political junkies?  I ask this because I read what I perceive to be valid points though my knowledge on most subjects barely scratches the surface. Why do so many informed opinions go unheard?

Im afraid that all of our points and good discussion fall upon the deaf ears of both candidates -

You must remember, despite what the campaigns say, they are still at the beck and call of big corporations and special interests, period. Whores!!!

And dont come back with "Obamas supporters are small donors etc etc..." That just means more people are stupid enough to believe that he isnt in the pockets of the corporations - he is - THEY ALL ARE!!!

Fodder works for me. I have very low expectations on how much influence my thoughts have on anybody. i can't even get my cat to listen, half the time...
