Questions about the Hogan thing

Why is everyone jumping on Hogan and his kid and why arent people blaming the other guy?

Im a rational guy and an Ive done a few wild things in my time but I have some serious issues with everyone going after Nick Hogan and his family.

Yes its tragic, but why the one-sided attacks?

I was in Iraq TWICE (so leave the Veteran ass kissing at home please).

And here's why this annoys me:

1) Graziano was 23 when this happened. Hogan was maybe 18...why was a grown man hanging with a CHILD and getting drunk with some spoiled rich kid?

2) Graziano is a veteran. In the military they hammer into you being safe off duty. The military loses personnel constantly to drunk driving. You get written up if youre ticketed on post for not wearing a seat belt. Plus its the law. He chose to be there in the car and to not wear his seat belt. He knew better. Why does he get a pass on that?

3) If Nick Hogan's family wasnt rich, why would anyone care? Because I have news for you: this happens often enough that this isnt really as big as people act like it is.

Ultimately Nick IS responsible for what happened, but Graziano bears quite a bit of responsibility for his own behaviors too.

Leave that stupid family alone already.

Didn't you answer your own question?

"2) Graziano is a veteran. In the military they hammer into you being safe off duty. The military loses personnel constantly to drunk driving... Why does he get a pass on that?"

Because it is not his fault, he did not drive that car, he was innocent. Secondly, you proved that car accidents happen to military personnel all the time, so why is Graziano different or exceptional? The only reason is because indeed it is a news story, and because it involved a rich kid.

"3) If Nick Hogan's family wasnt rich, why would anyone care? "

Thousands of children die everyday from hunger...that says it all.

The older person bears some responsibility if both are impaired, especially if the adult contributed to the deliquency of an underage drinker.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I clicked the title, but this was a clear piece of writing that got me thinking about it the other way when I was ready to burn my own hulkamania shirt. The backhanded punchline "leave this stupid family alone" was perfect.

will drop the big leg on whoever stands in his way.

Sorry, but the TYT advertising at the top of the page thinks that is what we are talking about.
