No war in Iraq or Afghanistan

The media continues to fall for the propaganda of the Bush administration.  There is no war in Iraq and never has been.  It is an invasion and occupation.  There is no war in Afghanistan.  It is a police action.  Why can't the media get it right!

..there is no such thing as the War on Terror.  I can even see an argument, and a good one, that there is a war in Iraq and Afghanistan, but War on Terror is 100% nonsense.  But then again, when Tim Russert is held up as the paragon of journalism, what more can you expect?

The War on Motion-Sickness (none / 0)

I've yet to hear an adequate explanation of how my life will be different after we win this War on Terror.  Will terror exist no more?  If so, what emotion will I feel when I watch Silent Hill or The Shining?  I used to find those films scary, but in the absence of terror, what will I feel?  Happiness?  Jealousy?

I'm pushing for a 5% excise tax on the rich to pay for the war. Furthermore, I want all operations handled by Blackwater.

That way it can be funded by rich people and prosecuted by mercenaries.

When you guys complain, we'll respond, "Shut up! Can't you see we're busy killing al Qaeda!? Go watch Dancing With The Stars!"
