It occurs to me that this VP demand on the part of Senator Clinton could represent Obama's first big test of his skill in negotiating with petty tyrants - one of his claims to fame.  As maddening as the Clintons' maneuverings are, they are nothing compared to the high stakes demands that the world's tyrants are no doubt already lining up in order to test this new American leader and have their way with him.

 

It's going to be pretty interesting to see how he handles Clinton's demands upon his campaign. Choose me for VP so I can decline. But maybe I won't. Don't you dare select another woman instead of me. You can't have partial custody of my thousands of children unless you agree to my terms. And I want a big fat cash settlement since I am in so much debt. Dang, this is like the vitriolic divorce proceeding from hell.
