I Want my Baby Back!

Hi all.
I'm about to give away my age, but I love all things
irreverent and The Young Turks has this irreverent
tone that I can't resist.
Anyway, while driving back to Denver from the midwest
last week, I was catching up on post game shows and heard this insane story on Absurd News.
Ana's story about the guy who tried to do himself in by
getting into a refrigerated chamber at the morgue where his girlfriend lay in state was a classic. I couldn't quit laughing as I remembered a "song", sort of a ballad from the 60's titled "I want My Baby Back", also the often repeated refrain of the song.
Don't remember all the words, but the story stands out as memorable and goes as follows.
After a few repeats of the refrain, the story begins as a guy and his girlfriend or baby as he called her were driving to a Beatles concert. But things went awry before they got there due to a horrendous car crash (sound effects). Afterwards, the guy wakes up to discover pieces of his baby over here and over there and way
over there. Needless to say, he was distraught and after a mournful verse one hears the opening of a coffin lid
followed by a slammed shut and muffled final refrain with the new words "I got my baby back."
I think this song got up to #3 for a week or so. It's influence on music of the time was to put an end to all those absurd songs about car wrecks and teenagers in love. Ahh, the irreverent 60's!
