Barack Obama, Please, oh please accept the Town Hall challenge

With so many great town hall moments under his belt it is easy to see why McCain would want this.

Now imagine these kind of things happening when the media would be paying attention, and they would be directly contrasted to the speaking abilities of Barack Obama.  WHAT IS HE THINKING?  Unless...  Yeah that must be it.

It's good to see McCain is part of the ObamaNation

Shame on you for forgetting this little gem that McCain decided to drop on us on Tuesday:

http://youtube.com/watch?v= 9DqR7zis99I (Yes, it pops!)

I am beginning to think that McCain is as addled as Reagan was during his second term.. it's one easy way to explain why he has seemingly forgot how he used to crusade against the people he's trying to emulate now.

I would like to know the rules of this contest.  My understanding is no moderator (good), but no media (bad).  I think the media and, therefore, the public need to be witnesses to the execution of John McCain's creepy little face twisting smile.

I also want to drink every time he says "that's not change we can believe in" or "wrong kind of change", which would wipe the creepy little face twisting smile off my face as well.

is never going to be able to generate the crowds or media attention Obama will get on his worst days. Tahat is why he so desperatly needs to be seen with Barrack. I like the Lincoln-Douglas scenario, only have them in seperate towns and broadcast simultaniously and see how many people show up for each candidate.

Think crowd reaction.

Obama is ahead in the polls and there is serious discussion as to whether such debates might only boost McCain.  He will not be able to draw crowds without Obama.  I say let him fade away.  Then again, I'd love to see Obama slam him and McCain lose his temper.

McCain is irrelevant and broke.  Obama is the biggest political rock star in memory.
What the hell does he have to gain from this?

McCain can make his gaffes at his own empty, unwatched events and the news will cover the stupid shit, insane rants and violent oubursts and no one will even see his pathetic as "I'm the 2000 year old candidate for change to the George Bush way" talking points.

Let the bastard rot!

Which would you rather be repeated ad nauseum on the MSM?

a) Pundits repeatedly asking the question, "Why didn't Obama accept McCain's challenge to face the people of this nation and answer their questions?"

OR

b) McCain being booed and embarrassed in his own chosen format.

The punditocracy loves a winner and doesn't want the stench of a loser anywhere near them.  McCain is gonna be the old guy pissing on himself in the corner no one notices until someone smells him.
