Dave?  What's up with this?  I wouldn't expect anything so paranoid about Hillary on this site either.

If it's the banner ad, Dave doesn't control that. The ad supplier has it set up to recognize keywords around the site and puts up ads automatically. Random generation from an outside source.

It's like blaming NBC for a commercial shown by a local affiliate.

It also helps pay the bills. It sounds like a laugh filled riot of a book to me...I might want it for the giggle factor. Please don't limit the scope of items to choose from. If a particular ad displeases greatly, there is always the option of refreshing the page. (btw, do you always go to the home page or do you go directly to the Forums page?)

All this advertising and marketing talk got me to thinking.

Someone ought to come out with a "suit coat" pin to put on flags...

After clicking "post" I saw tha ad you were talking about. It is much as I described for the banner ad, the TYT site is 'renting' the space to web.blogads.com and they put up ads.

Refreshing won't do anything; sorry, my mistake. It wil run until the author runs out of advertising budget money as it is obviously self published.

Principle v. paycheck - the never-ending war. Sometimes it's tough to choose which battles to enter..

It took me a beat to get your "suit" pin, but it cracked me up.

This is the second time somebody has mentioned this "objectionable ad", but I haven't seen it yet.  Is it to the left of the video screen, or in the banner below the video screen, or one of the long vertical ads lower in the site?

can you control the content of the ads or are they  served to the site randomly?

On the right, the long vertical - There is an SEIU ad, then below it might or might not be a string of Google ads, then below that is the ad

Has a photo and is labeled "Obama the postmodern coup"
