IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT OUR SHOW.

Alright guys, here's the deal:

There will obviously be no show tomorrow since it's 4th of July. We will also not have a show on Monday. However, we will be back on Tuesday with a whole new schedule.

Because of our new contract with XM Satellite Radio, our political show will air Monday through Friday, 9-11pm ET. After our two hour political show, we will have our usual postgame show, where we talk about entertainment, absurd news, and play hilarious games that you will love and enjoy.

So just to be clear, the next time our show will air is Tuesday, July 8th at 9:00pm ET (6:00pm PT). Have an awesome Holiday weekend!

I am very saddened by this new schedule. It means that the show will go on live at 3 AM (Central European Time). I will not be able to listen live nor will I be able to chat with my friends as the show is being broadcast :-(

Then on XM it will be at 8 am the following. It's my lunch hour so I won't be able listen to it at work. Podcast is my only solution witch sucks because my commute is 90 minutes so I either listen to the political show or listen to the postgame show ( I like to listen to the same show not mix up political show of one day and post game of another).

Don't get me wrong, I'm delighterd that the Turks will be on XM radio, God Bless Go foward but used to love getting home from work and listen to the turks while chatting away.

I know that this post is totallly irrelevant but I needed to vent

i might be the only one confused but there are 2 posts separated by like 2-3 other posts and they have different times listed for the show. one says 9-11pm eastern (this one) and the other says 8-10am eastern (the one about xm ads being cheap).

someone please set me straight :D

The live show is 9-11 pm EST,  and the XM rebroadcast is 8-10 am EST, as I understand it.

The 8-10am EST broadcast is the pre-recorded show (recorded the previous evening, live at TYT.com from 9-11pm EST) for XM mornings.

Does that mean the Monday morning XM shows are the shows recorded Friday night?

Whew, you guys have really been on a roller coaster ride this past year. I'd like to say I don't care when you broadcast and I'm happy for what ever arrangement helps you to stay on the air and draw a paycheck. I'm also glad the show is going to be heard by more people, especially in the AM drive time for the east coast. There are far too few decent progressive radio shows out there in large regions of the country.

If anyone out there feels cranky about the change, I recommend you just cough up the lousy $10 a month for membership so you can listen to everything at your convenience. It's cheap, especially now that your local Starbucks has closed and you have to make your own coffee.

I love being able to occasionally watch live after work here on the left coast.  Of course, as a member, I get to watch anytime...

To be broadcast Monday morning?   Why not do a Sunday Night show so you can be up on the weekend news schedule... just an idea... not that I care much either way.  I won't be listening on XM anyway.  I will be getting a lot more done during the day w/o the chat room though.

if your productivity goes up, they'll want you to keep it up :)

or you can just go back to watching porn :)

For the new timeslot, I'm likely going to have to podcast the show, and miss the live online chats.  They've been great but really sapped productivity.

I'm happy for the show, but will miss the community.  Maybe I'll just have to join bobo1 in the Forums and away from the chat.
